These are THE BEST dishcloths/ cleaning clothes I have EVER used!! A friend gifted me a box probably 5 or 6 years ago and I’ve been hooked since! There is NEVER a mildew smell like every other dish cloth. They last through literally hundreds of washings. I just stocked up with a dozen as they seem to sell super fast where ever they are sold.

Love this cloth. I use it mostly for dishes and wiping down the kitchen surfaces. I also have one set aside to wipe my dogs paws after playing outside.

I am a big fan of supporting local businesses. I had seen a blurb about these cloths this fall in the Maine Sunday Telegram and vowed that I would buy these as gift items for Christmas. I ended up giving away the original 6 I bought and realized that I didn't keep one for myself and still had other folks on list. I have gotten at least 3 "OMG! I have been buying Durafresh cloths for years and love them. They are wonderful for cleaning cast iron pans, leaving the cured surface while cleaning , no soap necessary. They are also great for cleaning surfaces. When they are worn out I’m loath to throw them out. They don’t hold odors when washed out. They can be used for days before washing in the washer.

If you are trying to choose between sponges and the durafresh cloth, choose the durafresh cloth for several reasons. You can really rinse it, and while it may stain and ultimately become a little raggedy, it will not sour the way a sponge does. Also, using your hands (in gloves if you prefer) and the cloth to wash enables to feel bits stuck to pots, pans, and dishes. It is great for wiping counters for the same reason and for blotting up spills. I encountered these cloths in Massachusetts about five years ago and now order them so that they come directly to my New Orleans home to my delight.

I love these cloths. I've been using them and sharing them with friends ever since I discovered them in the local grocery store. The most recent time I went to get more, they were out of stock, so I ordered a 6-pack on the Durafresh website. Some for me and some to share. They are fantastic! They shipped quickly and weren't packed in a ridiculously oversized box with a pile of plastic air bubbles shoved in to take up the space. This company planned for everything.
The cloths are super soft and absorbent, while still providing a little heft to scrub dirty dishes and countertops and appliances and what have you. I wash mine in the machine and then hang to dry. They come out fresh smelling, not like a synthetic sponge which holds on to everything.
And to think that when I'm done with them they can just go in the compost is wonderful. I haven't been able to wear one out yet ~ a couple have moved from kitchen helpers to general-purpose rags ~ but when one does wear out, I'm excited that it won't persist in the environment for thousands of years.

This is a great cloth for washing dishes or scrubbing around the house. It rinses thoroughly and never has a smell. Can be rinsed by hand or in the washing machine. The fibers do tend to run thin fairly soon but it keeps on working to the bitter end. Great Maine product.

First, it is made from wood fiber a renewable resource.
Second, it works extremely well, washes clean completely and dries quickly which reduces the chance of bacteria and fungi multiplying in wet cloth.

Finally a multipack of my favorite dishcloths
I discovered these couple years back and so glad to see that they are shipping direct to consumer from their website now. The multi-packs are totally worth it. If you haven't tried these - buy them now! They pick up germs, odor, and other yucky stuff and all that stuff rinses away. One complaint I have is that I wish they would last for more than 5-6 weeks with regular use. I guess its because they're natural - I use the dishcloths for rags to clean car, furniture, etc.
